Past CP Haus Projects
Bedrock 11
Bedrock 11 perfectly demonstrates how innovation and style come together under the CP Haus name to deliver enduring and functional projects to the market. These eleven houses were created using nine different designs that are all semi-custom in their own respect. Designed in collaboration with SMA, Mosaic, and Studio H Architects.
South Rows
South Rows is a single-family home alternative condominium community. Each unit provides all the features and amenities of a single-family, detached house as well as the economy and convenience of a condominium community. Through the thoughtful design of the site plan, CP Haus was able to create dynamic and intimate spaces for the residents. Those looking to buy can choose from floor plans ranging from 1,600-2,200 square feet, available in both two and a half or three and a half bed and bath options.
Talbach House
Talbach House is comprised of 66 one and two-bedroom condominium units, ranging from 625-1,000 square feet. The goal of this project was to create attainable housing for Bozeman’s young professionals, singles, and empty nesters that still offered them access to quality construction with luxury finishes and amenities.
The Flats of Yellowstone Bend
Located in Livingston, Montana, The Flats at Yellowstone Bend is a unique project unlike any in the area that will provide the wealth-building option of ownership to a wider number of community members.
